§ 23-235. Officers to comply with requirements of Department of CriminalJustice Services.

All persons appointed and employed as campus police officers or as members ofauxiliary forces pursuant to this chapter shall comply with the requirementsfor law-enforcement officers as established by the Department of CriminalJustice Services pursuant to Chapter 1 (§ 9.1-100 et seq.) of Title 9.1.
