§ 23-299.10. Immunity.

A college partnership laboratory school shall be immune from liability to thesame extent as the public institution of higher education that establishedthe school, and the employees and volunteers in a college partnershiplaboratory school are immune from liability to the same extent as theemployees of the establishing institution of higher education.
