§ 23-30.30. Investment of funds.
Any moneys or funds held by the Authority or by the trustee under any trustindenture under the provisions of this chapter may be invested and reinvestedin securities that are legal investments under the laws of the Commonwealthfor moneys or funds held by fiduciaries.
