23-30.32 - Enforcement of rights and duties by bondholder or trustee under trust indenture.

§ 23-30.32. Enforcement of rights and duties by bondholder or trustee undertrust indenture.

Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter or any of thecoupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trust indenture,except to the extent the rights herein given may be restricted by such trustindenture or the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds, may,either at law or in equity, by suit, action, mandamus or other proceeding,protect and enforce any and all rights under the laws of the Commonwealth ofVirginia or granted hereunder or under such trust indenture or the resolutionauthorizing the issuance of such bonds, and may enforce and compel theperformance of all duties required by this chapter or by such trust indentureor resolution to be performed by the Authority or by any officer thereof.
