§ 23-30.34. Bonds made lawful investments.

All bonds issued by the Authority under the provisions of this chapter arehereby made securities in which all public officers and bodies of theCommonwealth, and all counties, cities and towns, and municipal subdivisions,all insurance companies and associations, all savings banks and savingsinstitutions, including savings and loan associations, commercial banks andtrust companies, beneficial and benevolent associations, administrators,guardians, executors, trustees and other fiduciaries in the Commonwealth mayproperly and legally invest funds under their control. Such bonds are herebymade securities which may properly and legally be deposited with and receivedby any state or municipal officer or any agency or political subdivision ofthe Commonwealth for any purpose for which the deposit of bonds orobligations is now or may hereafter [after June 27, 1966] be authorized bylaw.
