§ 23-30.56. Chapter supplemental; application of other laws; Authority notsubject to supervision, etc., by other agencies.

The foregoing sections of this chapter shall be deemed to provide a complete,additional and alternative method for the doing of the things authorizedthereby and shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to powersconferred by other laws; provided the issuance of revenue bonds and revenuerefunding bonds under the provisions of this chapter need not comply with therequirements of any other law applicable to the issuance of bonds. Except asotherwise expressly provided in this chapter, none of the powers granted tothe Authority under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to thesupervision or regulation or require the approval or consent of anymunicipality or political subdivision or any department, division,commission, board, body, bureau, official or agency thereof or of theCommonwealth.
