§ 23-23. Bonds as legal investments.

Any bonds issued pursuant to the authority of this chapter are hereby madesecurities in which all public officers and bodies of this Commonwealth andall political subdivisions thereof, all insurance companies and associations,all savings banks and savings institutions, including savings and loanassociations, in the Commonwealth may properly and legally invest funds intheir control.
