§ 23-30. Certificates of indebtedness.

Chapter 489 of the Acts of 1926, approved March 25, 1926, and codified as §§992(1)-992(13) of Michie Code 1942, authorizing the governing boards ofcertain state educational institutions to issue certificates of indebtednessto raise funds for dormitory construction purposes, and Chapter 61 of theActs of 1928, approved February 28, 1928, relating to similar certificates,are continued in effect.
