§ 23-30.03. Interest.

No bond issued by institutions pursuant to this chapter (a) shall bearinterest at a per centum per annum rate exceeding the greater of the ratesauthorized under § 6.1-330.55 or under § 15.2-2612, or (b) shall be sold atpublic or private sale such that the interest cost to maturity shall exceedthe greater of such per centum per annum rates as is authorized under §6.1-330.55 or under § 15.2-2612.
