§ 23-38.53:4. State Council of Higher Education to administer; promulgationof regulations.

There is hereby created the Virginia Guaranteed Assistance Program to providefinancial assistance to eligible students for the costs of attending a publicinstitution of higher education in Virginia. Funds may be paid to any publicinstitution of higher education on behalf of students who have been awardedfinancial assistance pursuant to § 23-38.53:6. The Council shall promulgateregulations for the implementation of the provisions of this chapter.
