§ 23-38.53:20. Council not required to enter into contracts.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require the Council to enterinto contracts with students who otherwise qualify for AVIP when funds arenot available for such purpose or as a promise or guarantee by the Councilthat a person (i) is or will be admitted to an eligible institution, (ii) isallowed to continue to attend such eligible institution after having beenadmitted, or (iii) graduated from such institution.
