§ 23-38.45. Program created; to be administered by State Council of HigherEducation.

There is hereby created a scholarship assistance program to be administeredby the State Council of Higher Education. The program shall assist certainstudents attending certain public and private colleges whose principalcampuses are located in Virginia.
