§ 23-38.50. Use of grants.

The full amount of each grant awarded to each applicant shall be used onlyfor payment of charges for tuition, fees, room, board or other educationalexpenditures approved by the State Council of Higher Education which theapplicant is obligated to pay for the academic year for which the grant isawarded.
