§ 23-31.1. State cadets.

From funds appropriated by the Commonwealth to Mary Baldwin College for theVirginia Women's Institute for Leadership and to Virginia PolytechnicInstitute and State University, their respective boards of visitors may, intheir discretion, provide for financial assistance awards to studentsdesignated as state cadets, on terms and conditions comparable to theprovisions of §§ 23-105 through 23-107.
