§ 23-34. Selection when donor fails to nominate.

If such donor, or his heirs, or such guardian, shall fail for one year tonominate as aforesaid, the board of visitors, trustees, or corporateauthorities may appropriate the income of such fund to the education andmaintenance of indigent cadets or students, to be selected by them from theCommonwealth at large.
