§ 23-38.8. Soil scientist scholarships; military service.

The contract shall provide that the applicant will not obligate himself formore than the minimum military service required by virtue of either beingdrafted into such service or voluntarily enlisting therein in lieu of beingdrafted. It shall further provide that on termination of the minimum periodof obligatory military service, he shall promptly begin the discharge of hisobligation by compliance with the conditions set forth in § 23-38.5.
