§ 23-49.22:2. Administration.

The boards of visitors of Old Dominion University and Norfolk StateUniversity shall have the same powers as to determining the fields ofinstruction to be offered; fixing tuition, fees, and other charges;appointing and removing administrative officers, professors, and agents; andthe making of rules and regulations as are now vested in their respectiveboards. The boards shall have the power to grant appropriate diplomas orcertificates upon the successful completion of the curriculum of the center.
