§ 23-49.24. Transfer and control of certain property in Newport News.

All real estate and personal property now existing and heretofore standing inthe name and under the control of the corporate body designated "The Collegeof William and Mary" that is located in Newport News and that was heretoforeexclusively used by Christopher Newport University is hereby transferred toand shall be known and taken as standing in the name and under the control ofthe rector and visitors of Christopher Newport University. The term"control" shall include, without limitation, management, control, operationand maintenance. Such real estate and personal property shall be theproperty of the Commonwealth.
