§ 23-49.25. Appointments of visitors generally; terms.

A. The board shall consist of fourteen members appointed by the Governor.

Appointments shall be for terms of four years; however, appointments to fillvacancies occurring otherwise than by expiration of terms shall be for theunexpired terms.

B. All appointments of the Governor shall be subject to confirmation by theGeneral Assembly. Members shall continue to hold office until theirsuccessors have been appointed and have qualified.
