§ 23-50.16:13. Fees, rentals and other charges.

The Authority may fix, revise from time to time, charge and collect rates,rentals, fees and other charges for the services or facilities furnished byor on behalf of the Authority, and establish regulations regarding any suchservice rendered or the use, occupancy or operation of any such facility.Such charges and regulations shall not be subject to supervision orregulation by any commission, board, bureau, or agency of the Commonwealthexcept as otherwise provided by law for the providers of health care.
