§ 23-50.16:20. Operation of hospital facilities.

The Authority shall not operate any of the hospital facilities prior toexecution of the lease or leases and agreement or agreements required by §23-50.16:17, and such other agreements as may be necessary or convenient inthe University's judgment to provide for the transfer of the operations ofthe hospital facilities to the Authority, unless, and to the extent that, theUniversity approves otherwise.
