§ 23-50.16:23. Agent for University.

If for any reason the Authority cannot replace the University as a party toany agreement in connection with the financing, ownership or operation of thehospital facilities, the Authority and the University may provide that theAuthority shall act as agent for the University in carrying out itsobligations under such agreement or in receiving the benefits thereunder, orboth.
