23-50.16:29 - Remedies of obligees of Authority

§ 23-50.16:29. Remedies of obligees of Authority.

Except to the extent that the rights herein given may be restricted by suchtrust indenture or trust or other agreement, any holder of bonds or couponsissued under the provisions of this chapter and the trustee or other agentfor bondholders under any trust indenture or trust or other agreement may,either at law or in equity, by suit, action, injunction, mandamus or otherproceedings, protect and enforce any and all rights under the laws of theCommonwealth or granted by this chapter or under such trust indenture, trustor other agreement or the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds,and may enforce and compel the performance of all duties required by thischapter or by such trust indenture, trust or other agreement or resolution tobe performed by the Authority or by any officer or agent thereof, includingthe fixing, charging and collecting of fees, rents and other charges.
