§ 23-50.16:34. Exemption of Authority from Personnel Act, WorkforceTransition Act, Administrative Process Act, and Public Procurement Act.

The provisions of Chapter 29 (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.) of Title 2.2, Chapter 32 (§2.2-3200 et seq.) of Title 2.2, Chapter 40 (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) of Title 2.2,and Chapter 43 (§ 2.2-4300 et seq.) of Title 2.2 shall not apply to theAuthority in the exercise of any power conferred under this chapter.
