§ 23-53. Jurisdiction and powers of Circuit Court for Albemarle County.

All of the jurisdiction and powers by law vested in and exercised by theCircuit Court for Albemarle County, and the judge thereof in vacation, overthe Miller Manual Labor School of Albemarle, or in connection with thegovernment, control and management thereof, are continued, and thecompensation for such duties and services shall be paid to such judge.
