§ 23-91.20. Institution a division of University of Virginia undersupervision, etc., of rector and visitors; authorized to grant degrees.

The University of Virginia's College at Wise, established in Wise County,Virginia, shall be a division of the University of Virginia. It shall be afour-year college with the right to prepare students for the granting ofdegrees upon graduation therefrom. It shall be an integral part of theUniversity of Virginia and be subject to the supervision, management andcontrol of the rector and visitors of the University of Virginia.
