§ 23-91.23. Validation of prior acts and proceedings of rector and visitors.

All acts and proceedings heretofore [before September 1, 1968] taken by therector and visitors of the University of Virginia with respect to theestablishment and maintenance of the University of Virginia's College atWise, including all contracts, loan agreements and other agreements ofwhatsoever nature, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed.
