§ 24.2-404.1. Secretary of State Board of Elections to serve as statecoordinator for the administration of the National Voter Registration Act.

The Secretary of the State Board of Elections shall be the chief stateelection officer responsible for the coordination of state responsibilitiesunder the National Voter Registration Act (42 U.S.C. § 1973gg et seq.).
