24.2-430 - Appeal from decision of registrar.

§ 24.2-430. Appeal from decision of registrar.

Any person whose registration was cancelled in accordance with the decisionof the general registrar pursuant to § 24.2-429, shall have the right ofappeal, as provided in § 24.2-422, to the circuit court of the county or cityin which he offers to register. Any qualified voter of the county or cityshall have the same right of appeal from the decision of the generalregistrar refusing to cancel the registration of any person alleged to beimproperly registered.
