§ 24.2-434. Presumption if petition not brought within six months ofregistration.

Unless the petition provided for in § 24.2-431 is filed within six monthsafter the registration of any person, it shall be conclusively presumed inall proceedings where the right of such person to registration arises, byelection officers and by judicial tribunals, or in election contests of anykind and character, that such person has complied with all the proceduralrequirements of the law in making an application for registration.
