25.1-103 - Condemnation of lands of state institutions.
§ 25.1-103. Condemnation of lands of state institutions.
Without the consent of the General Assembly, no condemnor shall be authorizedto condemn or acquire any lands belonging to, attached to the site, or usedfor the purposes of any state institution.
