§ 25.1-201. Jurisdiction of condemnation proceedings.

Jurisdiction of proceedings to condemn property under this chapter shall bein the circuit court of the county or city wherein such property, or thegreater portion thereof proposed to be condemned is situated, unlessotherwise specifically provided by law.
