§ 25.1-303. Effort to acquire property by purchase.
An authorized condemnor shall comply with the applicable provisions of §25.1-204 and subdivision A 1 of § 25.1-417 before exercising its authority toacquire property by condemnation under the procedure set forth in thischapter.
