§ 25.1-314. Order confirming award; recordation.

The final order of the court confirming an award of compensation to the owneror owners of property shall confirm in the authorized condemnor absolute andindefeasible title to the property that is the subject of the condemnationproceeding. Such order shall be recorded in the current land records in theoffice of each clerk of court in which the certificate was recorded.
