§ 26-31. Accounts, etc., to be reported.

Every account stated under this chapter, including a statement of the cash onhand and in bank and the investments held by the fiduciary at the terminaldate of the account, and, where applicable, reports of debts and demandsunder § 64.1-172 shall be reported, with any matters specially stated deemedpertinent by the commissioner, or which may be required by any personinterested to be so stated.
