§ 26-40.1. Investment in bonds or other obligations issued, guaranteed orassured by Inter-American Development Bank.

Executors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries, both individualand corporate, also may invest the funds held by them in a fiduciary capacityin bonds and other obligations issued, guaranteed or assured by theInter-American Development Bank (22 U.S.C.A. §§ 283-283i), which are andshall be considered lawful investments.
