§ 26-45.13. Definition of terms.

As used in this article, the term "trustee" includes any fiduciary asdefined in § 8.01-2, an attorney in fact or agent acting for a principalunder a written power of attorney, a custodian under § 31-48, and a custodialtrustee under § 55-34.7. The term "trust" includes the assets under thecontrol or management of the trustee as defined herein. "Controllingdocument" means the will, agreement, power of attorney, court order or otherinstrument creating the fiduciary powers.
