§ 27-23.9. Supervision and control of joint services of fire/EMS companies ordepartments.

Whenever two or more fire/EMS companies or departments are called to providejoint services in any district or political subdivision, the commander of thefirst company to arrive shall have general supervision and control of allsuch participating companies and departments until an officer of suchdistrict or political subdivision who is otherwise authorized by law to do soshall assume such general supervision and control.
