§ 27-62. Penalty on local officers for violating law.

Any city, town or county officer referred to in this article who willfullyneglects or refuses to comply with any of the requirements of this articleshall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, bepunished by a fine of not less than $5, nor more than $100.
