§ 27-85.6. Evidence.

Any authorized agency and insurance company described in § 27-85.4 or §27-85.5 who receives any information furnished pursuant to this article,shall hold the information in confidence until such time as its release isrequired pursuant to a criminal or civil proceeding, except release inaccordance with subsection C of § 27-85.5.
