§ 28.2-1005. Authority to regulate dredging of oysters.

The Potomac River Fisheries Commission shall have the power to make, adoptand publish such rules and regulations as may be necessary or desirable forauthorizing and regulating the dredging of oysters in areas of the PotomacRiver within its geographical jurisdiction and may levy license and repletionfees for same.
