§ 28.2-1007. (Contingent effective date - see Editor's note) Authority toregulate leasing.

The Potomac River Fisheries Commission shall have the power to make, adopt,and publish such rules and regulations as may be necessary or desirable forauthorizing and regulating the leasing of the river bottom or the watercolumn in areas of the Potomac River within its geographical jurisdiction andmay levy license, leasing, and repletion fees for same.
