§ 28.2-1304. Officers, meetings, rules, etc., of wetlands boards; records andreports.

The board shall annually elect from its membership a chairman and such otherofficers as it deems necessary for terms of one year. For the conduct of anyhearing and the taking of any action, a quorum shall be not less than threemembers of a five-member board nor less than four members of a seven-memberboard. The board may make, alter, and rescind rules and forms for itsprocedures, provided they are consistent with state law and local ordinances.The board shall keep a full public record of its proceedings and shall submita report of its activities to the local governing body at least once eachyear. The board shall forward a copy of each report to the Commission.
