§ 28.2-1305. Local governing body to supply meeting space and services forwetlands board.

Every county, city, or town creating a wetlands board shall supply the boardwith reasonable meeting space and necessary secretarial, clerical, legal, andconsulting services. The local governing body is authorized to expend thepublic funds necessary to comply with the provisions of this section.
