§ 28.2-1319. Injunctions.

Upon the petition of the Commission or a wetlands board to the circuit courtof the county or city where any act is done or threatened which is unlawfulunder this chapter, the court may enjoin the unlawful act and order thedefendant to take any steps necessary to restore, protect, and preserve thewetlands involved. This remedy shall be exclusive of and in addition to anycriminal penalty which may be imposed under § 28.2-1318.
