§ 28.2-310. Trotline prohibited on ocean side of Eastern Shore; penalty.

It shall be unlawful to set a fish trotline on the ocean side of the Countiesof Accomack and Northampton. The Commission officers may seize any fishtrotline set in such an area.

A violation of this section is a Class 3 misdemeanor.
