§ 28.2-606. Posting of notice of applications.

Notice of the application shall be (i) posted by the Commission for not lessthan sixty days at the courthouse of the county or city in which the groundapplied for lies, and in at least two or more prominent places in thevicinity of the ground and (ii) published at least once a week for fourconsecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in that county orcity.
