§ 29.1-101.4. Collection of money due to the Fund.

The Department, or its designated agent, is empowered to collect amounts dueto the Fund under any loan made by it including, where appropriate, takingaction as required by § 15.2-2659 to obtain payment of any amounts indefault. Proceedings to recover amounts due to the Fund may be instituted bythe Department in the name of the Fund in any appropriate circuit court.
