§ 29.1-101.8. Grants and loans for dams licensed under or by the FederalEnergy Regulatory Commission.

In the event that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issues a licensefor hydropower generation in connection with a dam that is the subject of aloan or grant from the Fund, that loan balance and all accrued interest andthe full amount of the grant shall be due and payable one year from the datethe federal license is issued or at the expiration of the term of the loan,whichever is earlier.
