§ 29.1-209. Inspection of game and fish without arrest.

In order to see that bag or creel limits are being observed, conservationpolice officers shall also have the power to inspect game, fur-bearinganimals and fish taken by any person found hunting, trapping or fishingwithout arresting the person.
